It’s solid and heavy, but easy to control with their special grip.  Everything is riveted for long life. It even has interior markings for one and two quart levels, to ease adding ingredients in just the right amount.

So why do you care about or need 5-ply cookware?  Turns out, there are lots of reasons.

The hard-anodized aluminum exterior is what delivers the best heat transfer, plus it is scratch and warp resistant.  Yet for an interior surface, 18/8 surgical grade stainless steel is best for ease of cleaning and it won’t react to acidic foods.

In-between, the three interior layers are aluminum alloy, further insuring that heating is even throughout the pan, no matter its size.

WORKS WITH INDUCTION COOKTOPS

As you’ll recall from previous articles, we understand that many seniors are downsizing, and many others are looking for smaller kitchens or kitchen alternatives.  An ideal accessory is the portable induction cooktop, available in single or dual configurations.
